AI Implementation

AI is on everyone’s mind, but I am focused on if it should be in everyone’s toolbox at CVS. After vetting multiple competitors, we landed on Writer. Writer is a full-stack generative AI tool that hosts a style guide, lexicon, and unique voice/tone options.

Over the course of six months I implemented Writer across both CVS and Aetna content designers to start. This lead to a time savings equal to $1.1 million dollars in annual savings across designers and content.

To embed this tool I worked with over 400 stakeholders and was able to decrease contents time-to-market by 75% in the first year. Close collaboration, clear communication, and strong roadmap has led to the success of embracing AI.
